Our outdoor kitchen cabinets are built with a 304 stainless steel exterior and an aluminum honeycomb core, providing a rigid and durable cabinet structure for outdoor kitchen applications.
The cabinet system is designed as a modular construction, allowing different cabinet units to be combined according to the available space, appliance configuration and project requirements.

– Aluminum Honeycomb Core: Lightweight yet rigid sandwich-panel construction for high strength-to-weight ratio and dimensional stability.
– Modular Cabinet Construction: Standardized modular units designed for flexible layout integration.
– Factory Pre-Drilled Hardware: Hardware positions are pre-drilled at the factory for precise alignment and efficient site assembly.
– Adjustable Leveling Feet: Heavy-duty leveling feet to accommodate uneven outdoor surfaces.
– Multiple Surface Finishes: Powder-coated, PET/PVC laminated finishes, and UV-resistant outdoor decorative surfaces.

Finishes & Countertops
Cabinet doors and panels are available in customized surface finishes (such as Apple Sand, powder-coated steel, and decorative textures). For countertops, we support both 5mm solid stainless steel worktops and sintered stone slabs (quoted separately).
Appliance Integration
Cabinet openings, support frames, and ventilation clearances can be prepared according to specified outdoor grills, refrigerators, sinks, and side burners. Final appliance dimensions and clearances are verified before production.
Project Preparation
To ensure accurate site fit, all cabinet dimensions, appliance cutouts, hardware locations, and utility clearances are confirmed against approved shop drawings prior to manufacturing.
